Return & Refund Policy

At First Embrace, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in excellent condition. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged product.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product is defective upon arrival.

Returns requested for any reason other than those listed above will generally not be accepted.


Return Window

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.

Requests received after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.


Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind.

  • Ordered by mistake.

  • No longer required.

  • Personal preference.

  • Minor variations in product packaging.

  • Minor variations in dimensions within normal manufacturing tolerance.

  • Color differences caused by screen settings, lighting, photography, or individual device displays.

  • Damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

Please note that product images are for illustrative purposes. Due to differences in monitors, mobile screens, lighting conditions, and photography, the actual product color may vary slightly from what appears on your device.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, labels, and tags must be included.

  • Proof of purchase may be required.

  • We may request clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging before approving a return.


Refund Process

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to your payment provider's timelines.


Replacement

Where possible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products.


Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will arrange the return process or provide appropriate instructions at no additional cost to you.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
